I build AI tools, CLI applications, and civic tech platforms. Most of what ends up here started as a problem on my own desk: benchmarking local LLMs on a Mac Mini, making election data explorable, or teaching macOS to move a mouse between machines.
I write about the parts that were harder than they should have been, with the logs and byte dumps to back it up. The projects are open source where they can be.
